Plant Teachers

Plant Teachers

Around the globe and throughout all ages people have known that there is more to our “reality” than just the world as perceived by humans. Other beings have other perceptions  of  their surroundings even if  they coexist with us in the same environment . This is true for the spirits of the animal kingdom, the mineral kingdom as well as the plant kingdom just like every human has a slightly different perception as well. Their bodies might look to us like cats, rocks or a tree but as science can tell us we are only able to see but a small portion of  all electromagnetic radiation which makes up the light spectrum. Therefore we cannot possibly know the true form of things.

Shamans, witches, brujos and  jaibanas are all but cultural nominations for those people that knew and still know how to communicate with the spirits of plants among others. Their knowledge is not written down but recorded in myths. Many of us have learned that myths are made-up stories or just flat out lies. But if we look at the greek origins of the word “myth“, we learn that it comes from “mythos” which literally means “narrative, speech, word, fact, story”. In these stories we are told about men and women travelling to other worlds to meet plant beings, learn from them and return to use the knowledge for the benfit of their community.Very often these plant beings are described as what many know as elves or fairies but there are also many other descriptions.

When asked by others a shaman will always tell you that he learned about the healing properties of a plant from the spirit of the plant itself. It is called and gives answers to whatever questions the shaman might have. Some of these plant teachers are called master teachers because of the enormous power they have in altering brain processes and therefore reality itself. Their lesson is always directly related to their  respective mode of being.

Ayahuasca for example is a vine that builds a massive entangled network of plants that lives in the canopy of the rainforests in South America. What she teaches the ones that come to her for counseling is the power to build relationships with ALL spirit beings around us. She cleanses our perception channels so that we can feel, hear and see farther into the other dimensions as well as deeper into our own. Through this we are able to build networks across dimensions which in turn helps to transform the fragmented reality we have known for ages into a new unified reality of all beings living in this universe and beyond.
